What is Syndicate?

Syndicate is a special program designed for law firm owners with over $500,000 in annual revenue and a team of three or more.

It bridges the gap between our Mastery Group and private coaching, offering strategic planning and peer collaboration across targeted quarterly themes like execution, systems, people strategy, and finance.

At the turn of every quarter, Melissa hosts virtual, half-day business planning retreats where you’ll complete a comprehensive evaluation of your previous 90 days and design an intentional plan for the next 90 days.

You’ll walk away with goals, rocks, and remarkable clarity – including our custom digital workbooks (that members love to print out and keep top of mind in their firm).

Meticulously timed to follow each of our strategic planning retreats, but now ✨monthly✨, this one-on-one assistance helps you finalize your firm’s quarterly plan while also checking in on progress along the way.

These office hours are 3x more frequent than Master Group, so use them.

In-Person Event

As part of your membership, you are invited to attend an exclusive, members-only in-person workshop in Golden, Colorado. Over this three-day agenda-based Summit, we will learn, connect, and collaborate with fellow members to enhance our skills and strategies.

Two Annual Calendaring Workshops

Twice yearly we will host an Annual Calendaring Workshop. During these workshops, we will be planning out the entirety of 2025, so come prepared with any relevant schedules for the upcoming year, such as school calendars or schedules for organizations or communities you’re involved with.

Three Year Vision Workshop

Create a vision for the future! Where do you want your firm to be in 3 years? With some planning we can make it a reality! During this workshop we will dive deeper into our long-term goals for our firm and work backwards to shift the momentum in that direction.

You’ll meet 1-2 times a month with a small group of peers for roundtable discussions and accountability. These pods will rotate quarterly, offering fresh perspectives and new connections each time.
